Born in 1949, in Žasliai, Kaišiadorys region. In 1975 graduated from the Lithuanian State Conservatory (now Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater) with a degree in acting (supervising mentors: Dalia Tamulevičiūtė and Irena Bučienė). Since 2002, an actor at Jaunimo teatras.
